Our Story
Sanjiv Shekhar brings the SectorPulse mission to life through decades of hands-on public sector technology leadership.
Having led major technology transformation within one of the largest water and sewer utilities in the United States, Sanjiv has deep experience navigating the realities of public sector IT aging systems, complex procurement, budget constraints, stakeholder alignment, and the challenge of turning strategy into execution.
His work has focused on practical modernization, including enterprise applications, ERP, asset management, cloud migration, cybersecurity, analytics, and governance. He has managed large teams, delivered multimillion-dollar initiatives, and strengthened project execution through disciplined delivery and vendor collaboration.
That experience is the foundation of SectorPulse.
SectorPulse was built on a simple belief: public sector IT leaders need a trusted space to share what works, access practical frameworks, and build the capability to deliver real outcomes.
